J’ai participé à la manifestation des féministes contre l’extrême droite dimanche 23 juin 2024 à Paris. Des syndicats de travailleurs étaient présents (CGT, CNT, FSU, SUD, CFDT) ainsi que plusieurs syndicats étudiants (Union Étudiante, UNEF, SUD étudiant), un syndicat lycéen (FIDL), plusieurs organisations politiques (Nouveau Parti Anticapitaliste, Parti Communiste Français, La France Insoumise, Europe Ecologie Les Verts, Parti Socialiste, Place Publique, Fédération Anarchiste, …) et d’autres organisations (JC, MJS, Attac, Ligue des Droits de l’Homme, SOS racisme, Mouvement contre le Racisme et pour l’Amitié entre les Peuples (MRAP), les inverties, Osez le féminisme, …).	I participated to the demonstration of the feminists against the extreme right wing Sunday, June 23rd, 2024 in Paris. Some trade unions were present (CGT, CNT, FSU, SUD, CFDT), some student unions (Student Union, UNEF, SUD student), one high school union (FIDL), several political organizations (New Anticapitalist Party, French Communist Party, The Insubmissive France, Europe Ecology The Greens, Socialist Party, Public Place, Anarchist Federation, …) and some other organizations (JC, MJS, Attac, Human Rights League, SOS racism, Movement against racism and for the friendship between the peoples (MRAP), the inverted, Dare the feminism, …).
L’extrême droite peut arriver au pouvoir, elle représente une menace pour nos droits et pour le mouvement social dans son ensemble. Dans ma vie personnelle, je n’ai pas besoin de tester certaines choses pour savoir qu’elles sont dangereuses pour moi et c’est le cas de l’extrême droite, je sais déjà ce qu’elle a fait en Italie (suppression de l’équivalent du RSA, autorisation de la présence des associations pro-vie dans les centres de conseil destinés aux femmes souhaitant pratiquer une IVG, remise en question du droit à la PMA pour les couples lesbiens), en Hongrie (augmentation du temps de travail), en Pologne (fin du droit à l’avortement même en cas de malformation du fœtus depuis 2020), …	The extreme right wing can come to power, it represents a threat to our rights and to the social movement as a whole. In my personal life, I don’t need to test certain things to know that they are dangerous for me and this is the case of the extreme right wing, I already know what it did in Italy (abolition of the equivalent of the tax credits, authorization of the presence of pro-life associations in counseling centers for women wishing to have an abortion, questioning of the right to ART for lesbian couples), in Hungary (increase in working hours), in Poland (end of the right to abortion even in the case of fetal malformation since 2020), …
Nos libertés ont subi quelques coups de rabot, notamment suite aux périodes d’état d’urgence et à cause des jeux olympiques, l’extrême droite au pouvoir bénéficierait des égarements liberticides des gouvernements précédents et les approfondirait alors qu’il reste du chemin à parcourir dans la direction opposée, la parité, le droit à un salaire égal à travail de valeur égale, le droit à la contraception et à l’avortement, le droit à l’éducation, le droit à la transition de genre, la reconnaissance des violences sexuelles, …	Our freedoms have suffered some blows, particularly following the periods of state of emergency and because of the Olympic Games, the extreme right wing in power would benefit from the liberticidal errors of the previous governments and deepen them while there’s still a long way to go in the opposite direction, parity, the right to equal pay for work of equal value, the right to contraception and abortion, the right to education, the right to gender transition, the recognition of sexual violence, …
Il s’agit également de rappeler que le combat ne se joue pas que dans les urnes mais aussi et surtout dans les luttes en formant un front commun, y compris avec les personnes qui ne voteront ni pour l’extrême droite ni pour le nouveau front populaire contaminé par l’hollandisme (en référence à l’ancien président François Hollande). Pour rappel, le front populaire né en 1936 avait un programme assez modéré dans lequel l’instauration des congés payés ne figurait pas.	It’s also a matter of reminding that the fight isn’t only played out at the ballot box but also and above all in the struggles by forming a common front, including with people who will vote neither for the extreme right wing nor for the new popular front contaminated by hollandism (refering to the previous president François Hollande). As a reminder, the Popular Front born in 1936 had a fairly moderate program in which the introduction of the paid holidays didn’t appear.
